Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Columbia, MD. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Requirements include BCBA certification, MD licensure, a Master's in ABA, and experience with assessments and program development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and MD licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training staff.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
