Heartlinks ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in Georgia. We evaluate and provide ABA services in home and community settings, offering hybrid positions, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development.

We support infants through teens with autism, focusing on language, social, and daily living skills, with supervision from our Clinical Director and Executive Director. Sign-on for select roles.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in home and community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in a team and be highly organized, self-motivated and flexible.
