Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is a growing leader in ABA services, primarily delivering in-home therapy for children with autism across Maryland.

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team; hybrid positions available, flexible schedules, competitive salaries, and ongoing professional development. You will work with a Clinical Director and Executive Director to support language, social, and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and a strong team player.
