Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role offers in-home and community services, supervision by our Executive Director & Clinical Director, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders, in home and community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
