Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Maryland seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team providing in-home and community ABA services for children with autism. Supervision will be provided by our Executive Director and Clinical Director, with opportunities to develop and oversee instructional programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required (Maryland LBA/BCBA)
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills essential.
• Established management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficiency with Central Reach or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community settings; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Demonstrate strong organization, self-motivation, flexibility, and teamwork.
