Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced BCBA or a new grad, we offer in-home and community-based services, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical leadership team.

You will develop and monitor instructional programs, train paraprofessionals, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team to help children with autism reach communication, social, and daily living goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in teams and stay highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible.
