Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers, based in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a BCBA to join our team. You will oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families in clinic and home settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• State licensure where applicable is required.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test must be completed before employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals set by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization targets (≈25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings with supervision of staff.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor ABA programs.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians incl. RBT supervision hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices; contribute to the team.
