Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Westminster, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with ASD across home, school, and clinic settings. You will lead data-driven treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver value-based care.

The role offers flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, a small caseload, and ongoing CEU access; relocation assistance available for select full-time, in-person roles.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• LBA licensure (or ability to obtain) required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Complete initial intake and update assessments with standardized tools.
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatment per clinical best practices and recommendations.
• Provide family support and training.
• Lead and educate a team of Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists.
• Collaborate with clinicians to help communities.
• Discharge and transition planning for caseloads.
• In-home, school, and clinic environments available.
