Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum in Wilmington, NC. You will conduct intake, update assessments, and create personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree preferred; Licensure as NC LBA or eligible to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or obtainable.
• In-person work location in Wilmington, NC with relocation considerations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children with ASD.
• Conduct initial intake and update assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based ABA treatment and clinical best practices.
• Provide family support and training to caregivers.
• Lead and educate a team of therapists and RBTs.
• Coordinate discharge and transition planning across settings (home, school, clinic).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to serve the community.
