Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and support families in the Denver area. You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and parent collaboration in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proficient with standardized assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
