Job summary
Succeed ABA in Denver, Colorado is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload and deliver high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, supervise and mentor behavior technicians, and provide parent and caregiver training.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Strong background in ABA and experience in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
- Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals (speech and occupational therapists) to ensure comprehensive care.
