Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to high-quality clinical care across center-based, in-home, or hybrid models. You will join a collaborative team with mentorship, ongoing professional development, and dedicated support for intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and coach families to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where state requires.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
