Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery.
• Proven leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design BSPs.
• Mentor BCaBAs, Supervisors, and RBTs to maintain care standards.
• Review client data and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead caregiver training to support skill generalization.
• Ensure compliant clinical documentation per BACB guidelines.
