Nexus Therapies in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in‑home and hybrid service delivery. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized BSPs, and provide high‑quality ABA services with strong clinical oversight.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized, evidence-based behavior support plans (BSPs).

Team Supervision: Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and RBTs to maintain high standards of care.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly review client data, hold case reviews, and make clinical adjustments to optimize treatment outcomes.

Family Support: Conduct engaging caregiver training sessions to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community.

Compliance: Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in alignment with BACB ethical codes and payor standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential in good standing with the BACB.

Clinical Background: Proven track record in ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery.

Leadership Skills: Experience supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Transport: Valid CA Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record for local travel.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 / year (DOE)
