Nexus Therapies LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home and hybrid work in Fairfield, CA. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, clinician support, and collaboration with RBTs and supervisors to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The position offers mentor-backed growth, flexible scheduling, and client-focused care with strong clinical supervision and documentation aligned to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Clinical background in ABA assessment, program design, and direct service delivery.
• Leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized, evidence-based BSPs.
• Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and RBTs.
• Review client data, hold case reviews, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver training to generalize skills home and in the community.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per BACB codes and payor standards.
