Job summary

Nexus Therapies in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in‑home and hybrid service delivery. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized BSPs, and provide high‑quality ABA services with strong clinical oversight.

This role offers a supportive environment with clinical directors, BCaBAs, and experienced supervisors, plus employer‑paid 401(k) fees, healthcare, a laptop and stipend, relocation support to Solano County, and ongoing CEU access.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Proven ABA assessment, program design, and direct clinical service delivery experience.
• Experience supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized, evidence-based BSPs.
• Mentor, train, and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and RBTs.
• Regularly review client data, hold case reviews, and adjust treatment to optimize outcomes.
• Lead caregiver training to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per BACB codes and payer standards.
