Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.

The position offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include supervision, progress reporting, and travel to client homes and offices, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification through BACB. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
