Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a licensed BCBA to work with individuals on the autism spectrum. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and data collection.
