Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with individuals on the autism spectrum in the Los Angeles area. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individual behavior plans, and collaborating with a team of therapists to ensure progress and high-quality care.

The position offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling, telehealth when appropriate, and opportunities for supervision, CEUs, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB is mandatory.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress, with detailed progress reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
