Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time or part-time. You will assess individuals on the autism spectrum, design individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and strong supervision hours with CEUs. The position requires a BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc. functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior programs
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and monthly updates
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis
