Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a full-time BCBA to conduct assessments and craft individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. You will collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure client progress and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification, with bilingual Spanish a plus. Travel to client homes and offices is expected, along with supervision duties and CEU activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection/analysis.
