Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism. You will work with a clinical team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and communicate results to families.

This role emphasizes high professional standards and ongoing development. The position offers full-time or part-time options, with opportunities for career growth and a supportive multi-tiered team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam in next 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients’ achievements as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Provide family support to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
