Job summary

Adapt For Life in Indiana seeks a BCBA to lead clinical and consultation services for children with autism. You will manage caseloads, train families, supervise staff, and contribute to a mission-driven, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA certification or waiting to take BACB exam within 30 days.
• Current or ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure as required by state.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, families, and caregivers.
• Manage coordination of case management activities.
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or up to 300 weekly RBT hours, with 29 hours billed weekly; additional earnings possible.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and training of staff.
• Develop and implement behavioral assessments and treatment programs in school, home, and community settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments; provide consultative services to parents and teachers.
• Organize and lead treatment team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation and complete paperwork with caregivers, funding sources, and schools.
• Establish professional and ethical relationships with clients, families, and collaborators.
