Job summary

Adapt for Life in Indiana seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral assessments and implement treatment programs for children and their families. You will manage a caseload, provide caregiver training, and supervise clinical staff while collaborating with schools and funding sources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA certification required or awaiting BACB examination within 30 days.
• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, families and caregivers.
• Coordinate case management activities and oversee a caseload of 8 clients or 300 weekly hours.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Supervise and train clinical staff and maintain professional conduct.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide consultative services to stakeholders.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate home–school communications.
• Maintain timely documentation and complete necessary paperwork.
