Job summary

Helping Hands Family Paoli, PA offers a BCBA Fellowship - Field Work with paid supervision hours and structured clinical program. Fellows provide one-on-one ABA interventions, teaching communication and daily living skills while collecting data and supporting family and staff.

Fellows will complete BACB-defined activities to help meet BCBA exam requirements, work under a BCBA mentor, and gain hands-on experience in behavior-analytic program development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
• Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF.
• Strong verbal and written communication for speaking with clients’ families and recording session notes.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients through social interaction.
• Encourage communication, social skills, and problem-solving by guiding safe, acceptable behaviors.
• Gradually reduce prompts to promote independent responses with successful outcomes.
• Increase desirable behaviors by providing positive reinforcement.
• Accurately collect unbiased behavior data.
• Communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support clients’ needs.
• Observe and collect data; train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs.
• Conduct behavior-analytic assessments and write/ revise programs.
