Job summary

Helping Hands Family offers a BCBA Fellow position with paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. Fellows provide one-on-one ABA care to teach communication, daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors, and will be eligible to complete BACB-unrestricted activities toward the BCBA exam.

The role includes BCBA mentorship, a comprehensive 7-level program, and paid RBT training, with holidays, PTO, and other benefit supports.

Qualifications

• Active RBT status or passing RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and guide communication, social skills, and problem-solving.
• Collect unbiased behavior data and monitor progress.
• Communicate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and Clinical Directors to support client needs.
• Observe, assess, and write behavior-analytic programs under BCBA mentorship.
