Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) offers a BCBA Fellowship with structured supervision, providing one-on-one ABA interventions to teach communication, daily living skills, and positive behaviors. Fellows pursue BACB requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.

The program includes a comprehensive seven-level development track, BCBA mentorship, and paid RBT training, delivered in a supportive, collaborative environment with families and clinical directors.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
• Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment or be already certified.
• Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients’ families and documenting session notes.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients through social interaction and guidance.
• Encourage communication, social skills, and problem-solving; promote safe, acceptable behaviors.
• Reduce prompts gradually to foster independence and accuracy.
• Collect unbiased behavior data and coordinate with RBTs/BCBAs and families.
