Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking an Autism ABA Technician (RBT) for their BCBA Fellowship program in Rohrerstown, PA. This position provides paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program, allowing fellows to offer one-on-one care using ABA behavior interventions.

Candidates should be enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved program, capable of passing the RBT exam shortly after employment, and have excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.

The fellowship includes BCBA mentorship, clinical experience, and various benefits including paid training and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment if not already certified.
• Active RBT for 60 days with Helping Hands Family required.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
