BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONS INC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our team as Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. We offer full- and part-time opportunities with a focus on high-quality ABA services and supportive clinical supervision.

You will work in diverse settings, maintain documentation in CentralReach, lead family training, and partner with a collaborative clinical leadership to grow your career while enjoying a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• PA licensure (Behavior Specialist License) or NJ licensure (LBA) preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children/adolescents.
• Willingness to travel, occasional evenings, and work in multiple settings (home, school, clinic).

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of team members through approved supervision.
• Maintains written documentation of direct intervention and program development in CentralReach and provider sites.
• Utilizes behavior analysis to teach skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with program team, providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies.
