Job summary

Triton Regional School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with the student services team and support students with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. The role involves interdisciplinary teamwork and direct home-based consultation with families as outlined in IEPs.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA, a relevant master's degree, and demonstrated expertise in FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven progress monitoring.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with special education teachers, related service providers, and Team Chairs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to recommend instructional and behavioral modifications and monitor student progress.
Participate in Team evaluations, IEP meetings, and other educational planning meetings.
Conduct and support Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
Provide home-based consultative services to families, as outlined in students’ IEPs.
Demonstrated experience working with students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and emotional or behavioral disorders.
Experience supporting students with significant behavioral challenges, including aggression and self-injurious behaviors.
Consult with school evaluation teams to enhance the quality of assessments, educational planning, service delivery, and family communication.
Knowledge of curriculum development and core content areas, with the ability to adapt instruction to align with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and assessments.
