MePA seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district’s Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will collaborate with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and behavioral observations, developing BIPs and reinforcement systems, creating data-tracking systems, and providing in-class staff training and supervision of RBTs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed through MA DESE.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
