AWARE in Anaconda, MT, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position. The role focuses on ABA-based services for individuals with ASD and other disabilities, including program development, evaluations, and staff training.

Responsibilities include developing materials, implementing programs, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality care. AWARE offers competitive compensation and benefits within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Maintain BCBA certification as required by state/federal boards.
• Advanced degree (MS/MA/PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Montana Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal and protective services background check.

Responsabilités

• Develop materials and provide professional learning in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related methodologies for clients with behavior needs.
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA-based programs and best practices for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs for clients with ASD and/or other disabilities.
• Work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and train staff accordingly.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide professional learning.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
• Record notes, billing units, assessments, referrals, and data in AWARE’s EHR system.
