Behavior Frontiers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role offers a salary range of $87,000 to $95,000 per year plus bonuses, with strong benefits and growth opportunities for experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Apply VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments to guide interventions.
• Utilize DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies in therapy delivery.
