Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required.
• Minimum five years’ BCBA experience with developmental disabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in standard business software (word processing, email, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior management consultation to school coordinators and teachers.
• Develop and monitor behavior management plans for day and residential students.
• Assist in intake process for new students joining CSAAC CSM.
• Design treatment strategies for behavioral and instructional programming and train staff.
• Maintain systems for recording and tracking data to measure educational progress.
• Provide supervision hours to BCBA's and prospective BCBA's as needed.
