Job summary

Baltimore County Public Schools is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert guidance on student behavior issues. The ideal candidate will assess and implement behavior interventions, support school teams, and train staff on effective strategies in alignment with Maryland regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of professional experience with students needing behavioral supports.
• BCBA certification and Maryland Behavior Analyst License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interventions.
• Develop and implement behavior analysis assessment methods.
• Supervise staff and train them on intervention methods.
• Collaborate with administrative and academic teams regarding student needs.
• Assist in developing IEPs for students requiring BCBA support.
