Job summary

CSAAC in Brookeville, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to support day and residential students at the CSAAC Community School of Maryland. The BCBA will develop behavior management and instructional programming and mentor staff.

The ideal candidate has BCBA license, at least five years' experience, strong communication and data skills, and familiarity with COMAR, Autism Waiver, and DDA standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA license required by Maryland Board.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a BCBA.
• Knowledge in the field of autism.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavior management consultation to school coordinators and teachers.
• Develops and monitors behavior management plans for day and residential students.
• Assists in intake process for new students.
• Designs treatment strategies for behavioral and instructional programming and trains staff.
• Maintains systems for delivering behavior management services meeting COMAR, Autism Waiver, DDA and DHR standards.
• Develops and maintains instructional services to meet IP goals.
• Supports development of behavioral and instructional goals for CSAAC individuals.
• Supervises BCBA staff and provides supervision hours as needed.
