Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, offers a full-time, center-based ABA role for children under 6. Base salary is $95,000–$105,000 with weekly and monthly bonuses averaging $1,000 per month, plus full benefits and CEU support.

You will lead ABA therapy delivery in-center, supervise behavior technicians, develop assent-based behavior plans, engage parents during on-site trainings, and use data-driven decision-making to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting.
• Strong data collection, supervision and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision to behavior technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
