Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a BCBA to lead in-center ABA therapy for children under 6. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, low-caseload setting to maximize developmental gains.
You will supervise behavior technicians, develop assent-based, individualized plans, and coach families during on-site trainings. The position offers strong clinical leadership, ongoing CEU opportunities, and competitive compensation
Competenze
- BCBA certification required or in good standing
- Experience leading ABA therapy for children 5 and under
- Ability to supervise and mentor behavior technicians
- Experience engaging and training parents on-site
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
Mansioni
- Lead ABA therapy delivery in-center
- Supervise behavior technicians to ensure clinical excellence
