Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, part of Centria Autism, offers full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under in Decatur, Georgia. As a BCBA, you will lead therapy delivery, supervise technicians, and implement assent-based, evidence-based treatment plans in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure required.
• Experience in early intervention with children 5 and under preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Strong data-driven decision making and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians for clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage with parents during on-site training to drive progress.
• Supervise data collection and supervision for ongoing quality.
