Job summary

Centria Autism’s centers are seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, supervise Behavior Technicians, and receive mentorship to advance your career.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (average about $1,000 per month). Centria provides a collaborative, structured environment and opportunities for assent-based care and professional development.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential required.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Collect and analyze client data for treatment decisions.
• Engage families with regular communication and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
