Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children ≤5 in Tucson, AZ. You will deliver services, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to foster developmental gains.

We offer a comprehensive package with a base salary up to $105,000, a $10,000 signing bonus, and ongoing bonuses. Join a team dedicated to early intervention and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA required and experience in early intervention preferred.
• Experience with center-based ABA therapy for young children is desirable.
• Strong collaboration with parents and staff to drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in center-based settings.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles.
• Engage parents through on-site training to support progress.
• Ensure high-quality clinical services with data-driven decisions.
