Job summary

MeBe seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention to apply evidence-based strategies with young children. You will conduct thorough assessments, craft tailored treatment plans, and guide families toward meaningful progress.

You’ll coach parents, train RBTs, and use data to refine interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary ABA, OT, and Speech team to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to pass a background check required.
• Experience with kids with autism or developmental delays using ABA.
• Camp Pendleton base access a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, BRIEF.
• Develop and oversee customized, comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide parent coaching and guidance.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
