Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA leader to advance clinical leadership across our centers in Texas. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

You will manage a balanced caseload, have access to mentorship bonuses and a clear leadership path, with opportunities for remote work and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• BCBA supervision and mentorship of RBTs.
• Develop and supervise ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
