Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Texas. You will supervise treatment implementation, conduct assessments, and write individualized programs to maximize patient progress.

The role requires BCBA licensure in Texas, 2+ years’ experience with autism, and strong communication skills. EBH offers a supportive team, paid time off, and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and good standing as a BCBA.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop and update treatment plans per best practices and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
