Hand Over Hand LLC in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Director Track role. This full-time, center-based position offers hybrid flexibility with work-from-home opportunities, a signing bonus, and strong growth potential.

You will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop ABA plans based on assessments, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals using data.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to generalize skills.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate ABA services.
