Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Kearny Center to oversee ABA programming and supervise RBTs and BTs.

This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility, a salary of $85,000–$90,000, and a $5,000 signing bonus to attract seasoned clinicians. You will collaborate with families, use data-driven decisions, and contribute to professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
