Hand Over Hand LLC in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team on a director track. This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility and a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 based on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and work-from-home flexibility up to one day per week.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families, and use data-driven decisions to promote meaningful progress

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA/related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience delivering ABA to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment fidelity.
