Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Director Track for our Bound Brook Center in New Jersey. This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility, a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 based on experience, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The position includes work-from-home flexibility up to 1 day per week and full benefits. You will provide clinical supervision, oversee ABA programming, mentor RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NJ licensure (LBA) required for practice in New Jersey.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers.
• Monitor progress and modify programs based on data.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with fidelity.
