Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Oakland, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs at our Oakland Center. This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility and remote work up to one day weekly.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality data-driven care to children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals using data.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback to staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other providers for generalization.
• Deliver parent training and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
