Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Bound Brook, NJ is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Director Track to lead ABA services at our Bound Brook Center. This full-time, center-based role offers hybrid flexibility and work-from-home opportunities up to one day per week.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families, and use data-driven decisions to promote client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
